About the AGUS engineering office

Since 2005, the AGUS engineering office has been the point of contact for small and medium-sized companies from a wide range of industries in the fields of occupational safety, health and environmental protection. The range of services covers the tasks of the occupational safety specialist under DGUV-V2, including the assessment of working conditions, the conduct of the occupational safety committee in accordance with §11 ASiG, the preparation of operating instructions, advisory services on handling hazardous substances in accordance with GefStoffV as well as company inspections with occupational safety authorities and training of safety officers. In addition, the office takes on the tasks of the fire protection officer under DGUV-I 205-003, such as fire protection inspections, the training of fire protection assistants, the updating of the fire safety regulations and the organisation of annual evacuation drills. Customers include companies from the beverage industry, metal processing, construction as well as public institutions. The office is based in Dinslaken and is headed by Dipl.-Ing. M.Sc. Kai Süsselbeck.
