About us
AHA Automobilscharniere Hasten GmbH + Co. KG, founded in 1994, is a manufacturer of hinges and hinge systems with its headquarters and production in Remscheid. The focus is on the development and production of individual, customer-specific solutions for small and medium-sized series; in addition, a standard programme is offered ex stock. The design department works with the CAD systems CATIA V5 and SOLIDWORKS, and in-house toolmaking enables short delivery times. Manufacturing comprises machining of steel profiles as well as forged and cast parts, chipless production, stamping up to 8 mm material thickness and forming up to 12 mm material thickness. Materials are hot-rolled unalloyed structural steels, stainless steel, malleable cast iron (GTW), aluminium die casting and zinc die casting. Customers come from the automotive and commercial vehicle industries as well as agricultural and construction machinery engineering, including BOMAG, MAN, Daimler, DAF, Volvo, AGCO-Fendt, AKG and Fritzmeier.
