About AhoiHill Brewery
The AhoiHill Brewery is a craft beer brewery in Otelfingen in the Furttal. It was founded in early 2022 through the merger of Ahoi Bier and Old Hill. Brewing takes place on a hand-built brewhouse with a 500-liter brew size: in addition to five standard beers (including Helles, Pale Ale, Amber, Belgian Blonde and IPA), seasonal specialties such as non-alcoholic beers and Barrel Aged Sours are created. A special feature is the use of its own raw materials from the region: the brewery cultivates around 70 hop plants in Dällikon and sources barley from Dänikon, which is malted in Switzerland. Its value-added offerings include tastings, brewing courses on its own system, custom beers from 500 liters with an own label, and the rental of beer taps and a mobile beer bar (Bieraggio, Piaggio Ape) for events. The beer is distributed in bottles (33 cl) via its own online shop and through events, with delivery in Switzerland.
