ahrens bauplan GmbH was founded in 2001 and has been supporting construction projects in planning, project management, construction supervision and heritage-compliant restoration for over 25 years. The focus is on HOAI service phases 5 to 8: execution planning, preparation of and participation in tendering, and site supervision through to completion. Clients include housing associations, public-sector clients, companies and private building owners. A particular area of expertise is the restoration and modernisation of listed residential and commercial properties in compliance with heritage protection requirements.
