About AHUTEC
AHUTEC GmbH, based in Pürgen (district of Landsberg am Lech, Bavaria), is a service provider for industrial 3D printing of plastic parts. Production is carried out on 40 in-house machines using FDM, SLS, continuous-fiber printing and resin processes — from functional prototypes to jigs and production aids, through to small-batch and series production without tooling investment. The material range includes PA12, carbon- and glass-fiber-filled polyamides, PETG-CF, PPS, ASA, ABS, and continuous-fiber-reinforced composites; prototypes are delivered in 2–3 working days. Additionally offered are 3D scanning services with a blue-laser handheld scanner (measuring accuracy up to 0.02 mm), reverse engineering, CAD design, and post-processing such as blasting, grinding, dyeing, thread inserts, and assembly; painting and metal parts are handled via partner companies. Customers come from mechanical engineering, automotive, medical technology, electrical engineering, packaging, agriculture, and defense.

Processes & Materials
PA12
Selective laser sintering in the powder bed for series parts, clips, and complex geometries without support structures (build volume 130 × 180 × 330 mm).
PA12-CF15
Carbon-fiber-filled polyamide for durable functional parts in FDM printing up to 500 mm per axis.
PA6-CF
Carbon-fiber-reinforced PA6 for large-format functional parts, jigs, and housings.
PA6-GF
Glass-fiber-filled PA6 for rigid, large-format functional parts in the FDM process.
PETG-CF
Carbon-fiber-filled PETG for functional parts and jigs in FDM printing.
PPS
High-temperature-resistant plastic for technically demanding components in the FDM process.
ASA
Weather-resistant material for housings and exterior parts in FDM printing.
ABS
Established standard material for housings and functional parts in the FDM process.
Continuous-Fiber-Reinforced Composite
High-load brackets, levers, and lightweight components up to approx. A3 size with stiff fiber reinforcement.
Resin Printing
Resin printing for fine models and visual parts.
