The aichele GROUP GmbH + Co. KG is an internationally active family-owned company headquartered in Bretten. The group comprises the brands era-contact and streicherplast. era-contact manufactures cable assembly from prototype to series production, control cabinets, control panels, component connections, automatic and manual train couplings, UIC connectors, contact systems and the era-transceiver. In addition, customer-specific assemblies, an engineering service, research and development, and consulting up to design-to-cost are offered. Production is carried out using state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques and state-of-the-art test systems; the group produces not only in Germany but also in the USA, Tunisia, Turkey and China. Customer industries include automotive (TIER 1 and TIER 2), rail, construction machinery, mechanical and plant engineering, medical technology, metrology and commercial vehicles.
