Aigner Werkzeuge Gesellschaft m.b.H. has been manufacturing high-quality, cost-efficient precision milling tools for wood and plastics processing since 1975. The product range includes profile cutter heads, jointing cutters, rounding and chamfer cutters, universal cutter heads as well as shank and CNC tools, largely as custom manufacturing, complemented by a comprehensive tool catalogue with standard tools. The tool bodies are made of steel or light metal and fitted with carbide (TC), HSS or diamond-tipped (DP, including Konstantin®) cutting plates. Production in Taufkirchen an der Trattnach (Upper Austria) covers machining, tipping as well as an in-house sharpening and grinding service for carbide, HSS and DP tools. Customers come from furniture production, panel processing, door and window manufacturing, planing and profile machining, mould making with 5-axis machining as well as staircase construction. Distribution is via dealers, with deliveries to Austria and Germany. More than 80 employees produce with high flexibility and short delivery times.
