AIP – Corpataux GmbH is a consulting company founded in 2020 in Niederweningen (Canton of Zurich) under the leadership of Roger E. Corpataux, a mechanical engineering technician TS with an Executive MBA FH. The company supports organizations in building, optimizing and reorganizing by means of competitive business processes. The service portfolio comprises process projects (setup, optimization, turnarounds including certifications), interim management (general management, supply chain management, quality/regulatory, project management) as well as access to an expert network for personnel recruitment, regulatory expertise and digitalization of processes. Further focal points are the development and implementation of management systems (TQM, ISO 13485, ISO 9001), internal and supplier audits, KPI systems as well as production and quality engineering according to LEAN, Six Sigma, CIP (continuous improvement) and SPC. Customer segments are medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, life science and pharmaceuticals, mechanical and plant engineering with process technology as well as cosmetics, food and chemicals.
