AIR Global (Advanced Inhalation Rituals) is an international company in the social inhalation industry and owner of the AL FAKHER brand, the core component of the flavored hookah molasses range. The portfolio also includes numerous other consumer brands (including Shisha Kartel, Zodiac, Kloud King, Al Aseel, Pacific Realms, Nameless, Al Fakher Nicotine Pouches) as well as devices such as the coal-free, pod-based hookah systems OOKA and OOKA Pro, the Crown Switch vaping device with Quantum chip technology, and the VÂNT Advanced Inhalation System. Research, design and development take place in a dedicated RDD laboratory in the United Arab Emirates; production sites are located in the UAE and in Poland. Distribution is worldwide via its own e-commerce platforms (Hookah.com, Shisha-World.com, Shisha.com) as well as distributors in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. For fiscal year 2025, revenue of approx. USD 400 million, profit of USD 47 million and adjusted EBITDA of USD 140 million were reported; approximately 1 billion hookah servings are processed annually (at approx. 25 g per serving). A Nasdaq listing via merger with Cantor Equity Partners III is in preparation.
