About Air Gomm
Air Gomm GmbH, based in Felsenau AG, has been active in conveyor technology since 1971, supplying industrial and private customers with conveyor belts as well as rubber and plastic products. In the company's own workshop (approx. 500 m² of workshop, warehouse and office space), conveyor belts are customized to customer requirements – in PVC, PU, PTFE and rubber, including special belts such as elevator, steel-cable, chain-link and wire conveyor belts. In addition, the company manufactures screening grids and screening surfaces made of polyurethane, rubber and wire, as well as accessories such as pulleys, rollers, rubber coatings, scrapers, connectors and drive belts (V-belts, round belts and flat belts). Further services include forging and locksmith/steel construction work with turning and milling on the lathe and milling machine, hot and cold vulcanization with mobile vulcanizing presses, service and maintenance of conveyor systems and production machines, as well as design, development and prototype construction. Customers include companies from the chemical, food, timber, iron and steel industries, agriculture, port and transshipment technology, power plants and mechanical engineering. Deliveries are made throughout Switzerland and to neighboring countries; traded products are sold worldwide.

Materials & Processes
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
PVC conveyor belts with high tear strength for harsh conditions such as mining, iron and steel industry, port technology and power plants.
PU (Polyurethane)
PU conveyor belts with a wide range of profiles (wave edges, V-profile cleats, lugs), mostly used in the food industry and general industry.
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)
Temperature-resistant (permanently up to 260 °C) and chemical-resistant belts for the food and packaging industry.
Rubber
Rubber conveyor belts, rubber coatings of pulleys as well as rubber screening surfaces and screening grids.
Steel
Material for locksmith work, steel construction, screening grids, steel-cable and wire conveyor belts as well as plant components.
Hot vulcanization
Endless splicing of conveyor belts with mobile vulcanizing presses, where the joint is particularly important.
Cold repair / bonding / mechanical connectors
Alternative belt joining and repair methods to hot vulcanization.
