About AIR6 SYSTEMS | AIRBORNE ROBOTICS
AIR6 SYSTEMS | AIRBORNE ROBOTICS was founded in 2017 and designs and manufactures high-performance drones (UAVs) for payloads of up to 10 kg. The product family includes the OctoCopter AIR8 Medium Lifter (up to 60 minutes flight time, 10 kg payload) as well as the QuadCopters AIR4 Rugged, Micro and Nano (up to 3.5 kg payload and 60 minutes flight time). The systems feature redundant electronics, efficient battery generations and an open platform for integrating any sensors and payloads such as LiDAR, cameras, thermography or measurement systems. In addition to hardware, the company offers turnkey UAV solutions with flight planning and post-processing software, pilot training, licensing and approval support, as well as the AirborneSIM flight simulator. Applications include wind energy, photovoltaics, power grids, surveying, infrastructure, agriculture and forestry, logistics and medical drone logistics; airfields for demo flights are located in Basingstoke (UK) and Klagenfurt.
