About Airbag24
AIRBAG24 Airbagsysteme is a German specialist workshop for the repair of restraint system electronics (SRS), based in Berlin and on the market since 2002. The sole proprietorship owned by Adam Wotzka repairs airbag control units for all vehicle brands – including components from Bosch, Continental, TRW/ZF and Autoliv – and deletes crash data after an accident. It also repairs or replaces crash sensors, recodes seat occupancy mats in the control unit, and sells simulators for defective seat occupancy mats as well as tested replacement control units. Customers send in their defective component by post; processing usually takes 3–4 working days, with an express option. Every repaired unit is function-tested on the test bench and returned ready for installation. According to company information, more than 20,000 repairs have been carried out to date; customers come from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, the Netherlands and Poland.
