About ACM Aerospace
Aircraft Cabin Modification GmbH (ACM Aerospace) manufactures, modifies and overhauls equipment products for aircraft cabins. The portfolio comprises safety belts and restraint systems (Smart Belt, Light Belt), belt re-webbing, cargo nets, seat covers including laminated lightweight versions and sheepskin pilot covers, seat cushions made of flame-retardant foams (memory/visco, graphite foam, lightweight foam), seat components such as literature pockets, life vest pockets and seat trampolines, aircraft curtains, carpets and NTF floor coverings, genuine leather (Avigether), textiles as well as composite parts and panels. In addition, ACM develops and manufactures complete crew rest compartments and offers cabin refurbishment, aircraft interior cleaning and certification services under EASA Part 21J. Materials processed include flame-retardant aviation textiles, leather, foams with thermoforming, and fibre composites; all products meet FAR/CS 25.853 and EASA requirements. As an EASA Part 21J design organisation (DOA), Part 21G production organisation (POA) and Part 145 maintenance organisation, ACM covers the entire cycle from design to manufacturing to maintenance. Headquartered in Hamburg since December 2025 in the German Aviation Cluster, complemented by a site in Switzerland and the subsidiary ACM Aerospace LLC in Dubai.
