About AirRobot

AirRobot GmbH & Co. KG is a UAV manufacturer based in Arnsberg that develops and produces mini and micro drones for military, governmental and civilian applications. Founded in 2005 by Jolante and Burkhard Wiggerich, the company supplies, among others, the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as well as international security forces; around 500 systems have been delivered to governmental customers, and more than 50,000 logged flight hours document the operational provenness of the systems. The best-known product is the AR100-H system, certified as Class II B by the Aviation Office of the Bundeswehr, which is used for reconnaissance, surveillance and security missions. Development, manufacturing and service take place entirely in Germany, from research and design through production to customer support. Since its acquisition by Quantum Systems, AirRobot has been part of the Quantum Systems Group and can continue to provide deliveries to the Bundeswehr as well as the required capabilities for security and defence.
