Airway Medix S.A. is a Polish medical technology company headquartered in Warsaw, specializing in the research, development and commercialization of medical devices for mechanically ventilated patients in intensive care units as well as for patients in anesthesiology departments. The portfolio includes the third-generation Closed Suction System (CSS) with balloon-based mechanical cleaning, the oral care solution B-Care Oral Care with a 360° brush and integrated delivery of disinfectant or moisturizing solution, as well as Cuffix, a battery-powered cuff pressure controller for single-patient use. The patented solutions are based on in-house know-how and aim to reduce infection risks, lessen the workload for nursing staff and improve clinical outcomes. Production takes place in Europe, and distribution runs through a global network of distribution partners with typically one partner per country. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2014 and is ISO 13485 certified.
