AISIN Europe SA is the European sales and manufacturing organisation of AISIN Corporation, a supplier of automotive components founded in Japan in 1965. The portfolio includes eAxle electric drive units (150 kW and 80 kW, among others installed in the Toyota bZ4X), thermal management modules with electric water pumps, coolant shut-off valves and multi-way valves, panorama sunroofs, power back door systems, door handles and door locks of the Smart Entry System, as well as active rear steering actuators. Manufacturing takes place, among others, at the UK site (sunroofs for Toyota) and in Turkey (door handles on automated painting lines, door locks). Plastic injection moulding is used for door lock components, replacing metal parts and reducing the number of parts. Customers include OEMs such as Toyota, Lexus, Renault, Jaguar Land Rover and Isuzu. From 2025/2026, a new plant for Vehicle Body Systems is being built in the Czech Republic. The offering also includes aftermarket spare parts, remanufacturing and software services such as AISIN AI Planner.

Foundation of Aisin Seki Co., Ltd. through the merger of Aichi Kogyo and Shinkawa Kogyo.

Announcement of the merger with Aisin AW; founding of BluE Nexus (JV with Denso) for e-powertrain systems.
