About AISuperVision
AiSupervision develops a software platform for real-time tracking and control of production processes in factories with labor-intensive manufacturing. Touchscreen terminals with RFID readers are installed at every workstation; employees use them to record production units, downtime and shift times. The platform delivers real-time dashboards, alerts on downtime or productivity losses, automated reports and invoicing, as well as photo-based quality control with AI inspection. Implementation requires no programming effort, e.g. via Excel import; integration with existing systems and on-premise deployment are possible, with hosting on EU servers. The company, founded in 2021 in Mannheim, was a participant in the Y Combinator Winter 2022 program and targets manufacturing companies, particularly those with many human workstations in production.
