About ait-deutschland
ait-deutschland GmbH, headquartered in Kasendorf in Upper Franconia, develops, produces and distributes energy-efficient solutions for heating, cooling and ventilation. The heat pumps of the alpha innotec and NOVELAN brands comprise air/water and brine/water units for building heating, domestic hot water generation and optional cooling; the KKT chillers brand offers chilled water units with refrigeration capacities from 1 to 1,000 kW for industrial process cooling. In addition, the company implements neighbourhood solutions and cold district heating networks from 30 residential units as well as energy concepts for the housing industry. The Technology Center opened in Kasendorf in 2015 provides 32 test stations on 1,600 m², six climate chambers, two acoustic chambers (DIN EN 12102) as well as reliability testing and measurement of storage standing losses. Since 2011 the company has belonged to the Swedish NIBE Group, employs over 1,400 staff and distributes its products in 25 countries, with service branches in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
