About Akkuratio
Akkuratio GmbH is a 3D printing service provider specializing in the additive manufacturing of industrial plastic components, based in Steinebach in the Westerwald region. The owner-managed company produces series parts, small series and functional prototypes to mechanical engineering standards, using industrial processes such as Multi Jet Fusion, FDM/FFF, stereolithography (SLA/LFS) and PolyJet. The materials used range from Polyamide 12, PA 11, TPU and polypropylene to high-performance materials such as ULTEM (certified for aviation, aerospace and rail technology) and sterilizable ABS M30i, as well as engineering resins and carbon-filled composite filaments. The production chain includes engineering and design optimization for 3D printing, manufacturing, post-processing (dyeing, densification shot peening, chemical smoothing, Cerakote and wet painting) and quality assurance via 3D scanning. Every year, more than 85,000 additive series parts leave production for over 1,000 customers from industries such as mechanical engineering, aerospace, medical technology, the automotive industry, electronics and automation technology.
