About Aktive Arc Ultrasonics
Aktive Arc Ultrasonics (Aktive Arc Sarl) develops and delivers high-performance ultrasonic systems that are individually tailored to industrial processes and research applications. The service portfolio includes ultrasonic treatment of metal melts and glass up to 1,800 °C via ceramic sonotrodes (degassing, grain refinement, micro-alloying), Ultrasonic Impact Treatment (UIT) for post-weld treatment, custom ultrasonic wire and tube drawing systems, ultrasonic cutting, sono-chemical liquid processes, and ultrasonic atomization for nanoparticle mixing and coatings. The solutions are used, among other applications, in plastics and metals processing, extrusion and injection molding, medical technology, food processing, wind towers, pipelines, bridges, ships and offshore platforms, as well as in biofuel production. In addition to system development, the company offers application and technical consulting for all aspects of power ultrasonic hardware and control. Cooperations exist with Lets Global AB (UIT equipment, training and QA/QC procedures) and Sialon Ceramics Sweden AB (melt treatment). UIT services are offered worldwide.
