Al Ammar & Partners Electrical Company (APeCO) was founded in Kuwait in 1977 by the partners Abdullah Al Ammar and Haydouk Azarian. Its precursor was a small shop for electrical parts and components opened in 1975; since 1992 the company has operated under the APeCO brand. APeCO acts as a local distributor of leading international manufacturers in the field of electrical control and automation technology, serving, alongside the DIY trade, industrial customers, contractors for government and private automation projects, and the solar energy and building automation (KNX) sectors. The product range comprises more than 10,000 items from over 100 suppliers, including PLC/HMI components, frequency inverters, motor protection circuit breakers, contactors, sensors, relays, industrial connectors, cables and control cabinets. Distribution is complemented by technical customer support and service. The company is headquartered in the Shuwaikh industrial district (Industrial Area-2), Kuwait.
