About ALBA-METAL
The Czech family-owned company ALBA – METAL has been active in metal processing since 1992 and specialises in the processing of profiled wire for the automotive industry. At its headquarters in Ladná near Břeclav, at the border between the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, wire inserts, wire frames, pedals, pull rods, brackets and wire hooks for paint shops are produced on a 70,000 m² site with around 8,000 m² of covered production and storage areas. The products are components in vehicles from BMW, Rolls-Royce, Tesla, Mercedes, Audi and Porsche. In addition to wire bending with diameters of 2–10 mm, the company offers the bending and welding of tube frames, custom-made welded constructions including project documentation, MIG/MAG and TIG welding as well as robotic welding. The portfolio is complemented by CNC milling and CNC turning of magnetic and non-magnetic metals as well as plastics, laser technology, sheet metal folding, material cutting and Komaxit powder coating. An in-house technology team develops fixtures, for example for robotic welding, from simple metal parts to complex fixtures.
