Alcides Robotics GmbH is a high-tech startup based in Leverkusen that develops mobile robotics for intralogistics. The team comes from KU Leuven and Eindhoven University of Technology and has many years of experience in developing and operating automation and robotics systems. The product portfolio includes the Hercules-AS series (AGVs with load capacities of 150 to 1000 kg) and the Hercules-AF series (automated forklifts with load capacities of 1400 to 2500 kg and lift heights up to 5.5 m). In addition to the robotics systems, the company offers a complete solution from requirements analysis through solution design, simulation and optimization to turnkey delivery and support. Furthermore, Alcides Robotics manufactures and supplies machine components to customer specification: forged and cast parts in customized material grades and geometries, plastic parts for electric motor components, and electronic components – from prototypes to series production.
