ALD Dreh- und Stanzteile GmbH was founded in 1984 and has been based in Mayen, Rhineland-Palatinate, since 1987. The company with around 25 employees manufactures machine elements, predominantly in special materials, to customer-specific specifications. The manufacturing range comprises turned parts, milled parts and punched parts as well as screws, nuts, bolts and fastening parts in sizes M 3 to M 56 or Ø 6 mm to 100 mm – as standard parts per DIN/ISO/ANSI and as drawing parts in single-item and series production. The material range extends from tempered, heat-resistant and stainless acid-resistant steels through titanium to special alloys such as Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Nimonic, Incoloy, zirconium, Ferralium and bronze. Customers are primarily mechanical and plant engineering as well as apparatus construction. Short delivery times are supported by stockkeeping; the entire production process is accompanied by measuring and testing processes. The company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and, as a material manufacturer, to AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 / Directive 2014/68/EU by TÜV Rheinland.
