About Alec GmbH
Alec GmbH is an independent Tier-1 batch remanufacturer of electronic components based in Eching near Munich. The company provides industrial, robot-assisted reconditioning of mobility components for multinational customers from automotive (passenger cars), commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery and mechanical engineering across Europe. In a newly built 1,500 m² facility, a highly automated remanufacturing process is carried out in compliance with ESD regulations. Quality assurance is based on ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (in certification) as well as the FMEA method (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). The value chain includes pickup and logistics, initial inspection by technical experts, robot-assisted diagnostics, reconditioning using bonding and laser technology, and final inspection and shipping. An in-house R&D department develops new processes to integrate future product generations into the remanufacturing process. The company is committed to the ten principles of the UN Global Compact and points to CO2 savings through the reuse of components.
