About Alexander GmbH Magnettechnik

Alexander GmbH Magnettechnik is a German manufacturer of magnetic separators, industrial magnetic filters and magnetic technology systems based in Selm. The product range includes overband magnets, plate magnets and magnetic filters for separating ferromagnetic particles from bulk material flows as well as solutions for eddy current separation of electrically conductive materials. Development and design are carried out in-house, and custom solutions for special installation situations are also produced. Ferrite- and neodymium-based (NdFeB) permanent magnets are used, as well as ferromagnetic materials such as iron, cobalt and nickel and their alloys; non-magnetic components are made of paramagnetic stainless steel. The systems are used, among other things, in recycling, mining, conveying technology and the chemical industry, for example to protect crusher systems. Trial systems are available for testing purposes, and standard spare parts are available from stock. The company has been certified annually to DIN ISO 9001 since 2003 and delivers worldwide.
