About Alfons Haar

Alfons Haar Maschinenbau is an independent, family-run company based in Hamburg since 1949. The company develops and manufactures systems for the logistics of fuels, liquefied gases, chemicals and powders – including the tank truck guidance systems PreciCONTROL, PreciFUEL, PreciGAS and PreciCRYO, hose reels of the ALUette series, overfill prevention systems (AS-LG), the SPDS Sealed Parcel Delivery System and the wireless remote control WiPIT. Further product areas are modular refuelling systems for aircraft (ARU), for ship-based helicopters (HRS/HIFR/BRS) as well as military refuelling systems. In addition, the company supplies machines and systems for the canmaking industry. The systems support the open FTL communication standard DIN EN 15969-1 and are designed for ATEX, MID and marine requirements; manufacturing is carried out in accordance with DIN ISO 9001. Through the HAAR France branch in Herblay-sur-Seine and a worldwide service network, the company serves customers in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa and the USA.
