Alfons Schrameyer GmbH is a third-generation family business in Ibbenbüren that has been working with wood for over 60 years. From a formwork business founded in 1965, a company with three pillars developed: a timber trade store, carpentry/construction joinery, and joinery. The timber trade store on Gutenbergstraße offers products such as sawn timber, construction timber, solid structural timber (KVH), glulam (BSH), panel materials, flooring, doors and garden wood on 1,500 sqm of exhibition and sales space plus a 350 m² garden exhibition. The carpentry and construction joinery at the Hasenkamp site manufactures and installs roof structures, carports, terrace and entrance canopies, conservatories, dormers and prefabricated components made of solid wood, KVH and BSH; wood species such as spruce, larch, Douglas fir and pressure-treated pine are used. The joinery produces custom-made one-off pieces and interior fittings; a cutting department cuts panels to the exact millimetre on request. Services include measuring, installation planning, installation of flooring and doors, cutting, edge banding, routing cut-outs, and a delivery service in the Osnabrück, Rheine, Münster and surrounding region.
