Family business since 1935
Alfons Venjakob GmbH & Co. KG is a furniture manufacturer founded in 1935 in Gütersloh that develops and produces living room and dining room furniture. The range includes extendable dining tables, coffee and side tables, chairs, armchairs, benches and storage combinations for living and dining rooms. Production takes place on a production area of 35,000 m² with around 190 employees; manufacturing combines modern production technology with traditional craftsmanship – from sawing to staining, oiling and lacquering through to furniture assembly. The in-house upholstery workshop creates custom-made pieces in leather and fabric. Materials used include oak, walnut and solid beech, lacquers, decors, ceramics, glass, steel tubing as well as leather and fabrics. Customers are furniture retailers and end consumers; as a furniture partner, the company contributed to the first SCHÖNER WOHNEN furniture collection. Delivery is carried out just in time with the company's own vehicles; sales are via specialist retailers in Germany.
