About Alfred Schweizer

Alfred Schweizer GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturing company specialising in the precision machining of high-performance plastics and engineering plastics. The company produces CNC turned and milled parts on modern turning centres (centre distances up to 800 mm, diameters up to 400 mm) as well as on three-, four- and five-axis milling centres and 3D milling machines; conventional machining methods are also used. The service portfolio is complemented by inspection and measurement, annealing, assembly, surface finishing, polygon turning, coating, post-processing of injection-moulded parts, bonding, welding, bending, threaded stud/rod production, thermal deburring and cleaning. Parts are manufactured worldwide for customers, including from the plastics processing and medical technology sectors, supported by certification to EN ISO 13485. The quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 13485; achieved tolerances are 0.1 to 0.2 percent of the nominal dimension. In addition to manufacturing, the company provides advice on material selection and design.
