About Aliaxis Deutschland
Aliaxis Deutschland GmbH (until 2019 FRIATEC) manufactures joining technology and valves for gas and water supply as well as plastic piping systems for industry at its Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld site. The product range includes electrofusion fittings (FRIALEN) up to large dimension d 630, pipes and fittings made of PE, PP-H, PVC-U, PVC-C, PVDF and ABS, automatic valves, double-wall piping systems, and measurement and control technology. The company's own manufactory produces custom prefabrications and made-to-measure special components, including funnel-shaped, machined-out butt-welding collars made of PE-HD and PP. The in-house brand FRIAMAT stands for electrofusion units, and the brand FRIATOOLS for scraping tools and processing tools; manufacturing, device service with mobile maintenance and rental unit hire are bundled at the site. Customers come from water supply and wastewater disposal, gas supply, chemical process industry, power plant engineering, mining, marine and swimming pool construction. Since 2003 the company has been part of the international Aliaxis Group; by 2027 it will invest around 50 million euros in new networked production facilities and modern office and production buildings.
