About ALIFAX Deutschland
ALIFAX Deutschland GmbH is the German subsidiary of the Italian company Alifax S.r.l. (founded in 1988 in Padua/Polverara); it was established in Göppingen in 2020 and has been based in Frankfurt am Main since 2023. The company sells and services laboratory equipment for in-vitro diagnostics in the fields of haematology (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), microbiology, bacteriology and molecular biology. The product portfolio includes the ESR analysers TEST1 2.0 and Roller 20 based on quantitative capillary photometry with results in 20 seconds, the HB&L and Alfred60 systems for rapid bacterial cultures and antibiotic susceptibility testing using light scattering technology, the automated identifier I-dOne and the multiplex real-time PCR platform Molecular Mouse. The entire development process from product idea through design and testing to production is handled by ALIFAX in Italy; the German team provides sales, training and service for clinical laboratories. The instruments are distributed via the parent company to more than 130 countries.
