About ALKATAS
ALKATAS Kunststofftechnik & Werkzeugbau e. K. is a company in the plastics processing industry based in Nidderau (Hesse). The company has around 22 years of design and manufacturing experience (25 years are mentioned elsewhere) and produces injection-moulded parts on all-electric machines with clamping forces of 75 to 180 tonnes on a production floor of over 500 m². In addition to production, the range of services includes in-house mould and toolmaking: injection moulds up to a size of 1,000 mm x 700 mm are manufactured on CNC-controlled milling and toolmaking machines. In addition, ALKATAS offers moulded part optimisation with thermal and mechanical design, surface finishing as well as assembly and kitting of multi-part plastic components. Thanks to its own toolmaking, its own production and partners in Germany and abroad, the company can offer production capacity and quality to customers from industries such as electrical engineering, automotive, household goods, medical technology and industry.
