ALL CAPS Kulturagentur gUG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Hamburg, is the organizer of the Tapefabrik Festival, which takes place at the Schlachthof cultural center in Wiesbaden. The festival is dedicated to European rap and beat culture as well as graffiti art, spanning the musical spectrum from old school to new wave, from conscious rap to battle rap, including producing and lo-fi beats. The agenda follows a clear common thread: taking a stance against discrimination, wackness and sellout under the motto #UntergrundAusPrinzip. The non-profit organization runs its events as community gatherings of Hip-Hop culture, most recently in 2025 with four stages and more than 40 acts as well as a convention. For the 2027 edition, the first Hip-Hop convention taped! is being financed through crowdfunding. Programming, artist booking and public relations are handled from Hamburg.
