About ALL.RAPID
ALL.RAPID Advanced Prototyping is a service provider active since 2014 in the field of additive manufacturing of plastic parts, located in Günzach, Bavaria. The company produces prototypes, one-off parts and small series without tooling using FDM 3D printing, HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). For industrial applications, robust and functional components are made from a broad range of materials, including ABS, ASA, PETG, PA, PC, TPU/TPE, carbon-fiber-reinforced materials such as PPS-CF, PA6-GF and PET-CF, as well as ESD-capable materials such as ABS-ESD and PA6-ESD for EPA areas. In addition to manufacturing, ALL.RAPID offers 3D CAD design and data preparation, surface treatments such as sandblasting, smoothing, painting and coating, installation of ENSAT threaded inserts, as well as assembly and individual packaging. Parts are produced on demand, without tooling costs or inventory, enabling fast lead times and flexible response to changing requirements. Customers come from mechanical engineering, industry, energy technology, transportation and product design.
