About Alleima Dettingen
Alleima Dettingen GmbH, trading as Endox Feinwerktechnik GmbH until July 2025, develops, produces, and distributes products and components made of Nitinol and stainless steel for flexible endoscopic applications. The product portfolio includes guidewires, polypectomy snares, stone extraction baskets, as well as ultra-fine medical wire and ultra-fine tubing components. Manufacturing is based on processes such as laser welding, laser cutting, and microplasma welding, as well as laser marking, wire processing, and surface treatments. The company supports customers from development through to series production and assists with regulatory approval and patenting. It employs around 90 staff at its headquarters in Dettingen an der Erms as well as at the production unit in Bielsko-Biała (Poland).
