ALLEMANN GmbH Holz- u. Metallprodukte is a medium-sized family business in its fifth generation, based in Grafenwiesen in the Bavarian Forest, Bavaria. In its own plant, the company manufactures doors, gates, wooden sectional doors, farm gates, garden gates, stable doors, windows, lift-and-slide doors as well as sun protection and insect protection systems. Production is carried out with a 5-axis CNC machining centre including 3D programming, specially designed for large gate leaves, and a wide-belt sanding machine with a planetary gear for sanding and structuring wood surfaces. Materials processed include wood species such as spruce, larch and oak as well as metal, aluminium, plastic and single-pane safety glass; full-surface gluing of door and gate leaves ensures dimensional stability. Hot-dip galvanised steel constructions are also used for paddock elements. Customers come from agriculture, equestrian facilities, commercial and hall construction, residential building and half-timbered house renovation. The DLG (German Agricultural Society) awarded the company the seal "DLG-Signum-Test passed" as the only German manufacturer to date. Sales and installation are carried out in Germany and throughout Europe.

The products were tested by the German Agricultural Society (DLG); ALLEMANN received the seal "DLG-Signum-Test passed" as the only German manufacturer to date. Development took place in close cooperation with the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences for Wood Technology.

Company History
- 1929
The entrepreneurial family Robert Czerweny von Arland with daughter Elfriede and son-in-law Dr. Peter Engelhart acquired the match manufacturing business Hubloher in Grafenwiesen; the beginning as match factory ALLEMANN.
- 1949
Expansion to include the wood packaging production line (chip baskets, crates, boxes); the workforce grew to approx. 350 employees.
- 1983
End of the match monopoly; gradual discontinuation of match production in Germany.
- 1980er
Reorientation towards wooden doors and gates for agriculture, equestrian facilities and residential construction, developed with Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences; today in its 5th generation.
