About Allenstein Präzisions- & Metalltechnik
Allenstein Präzisions- & Metalltechnik GmbH (APM) is a family-run company from Plettenberg in southern Westphalia that has offered precision CNC manufacturing since 1990. Its range of services includes CNC long turning and CNC short turning with a bar capacity of 3–65 mm and up to 9 axes, CNC milling with up to 5 axes in a machining envelope of 1,100 × 560 × 560 mm, as well as chuck machining of forged and cast parts with a portal loading system. In addition, the company manufactures welded assemblies using gas-shielded and TIG welding up to a total weight of 16 tonnes and finishes parts up to 3 m in length with its own powder coating system in all RAL colors. Materials machined include brass, plastics, aluminum, free-cutting, heat-treatable and case-hardening steels, and stainless steel including heat-resistant grades. Customers come from industries such as electric heating technology, medical technology, conveying and plant engineering, special machinery construction, scaffolding construction, blast furnace construction, lifting technology and fastening technology. From prototype to small series to series production, APM can take on complete project management including material procurement, quality control, packaging and delivery with its own vehicle fleet and warehouse.
