About the master laboratory
Allgaier Dental-Technik GmbH is a dental laboratory based in Nürtingen in the greater Stuttgart area that has been active in dental technology for over 34 years. The master laboratory produces dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, telescopic restorations, implant abutments and veneers. Its range of services includes CAD/CAM milling technology for zirconia, titanium and PEEK, all-ceramic inner telescopes, electroplating with 99.9 % pure gold, ZENOSTAR full zirconia (certified manufacturer) as well as NEM alloys milled from the full block. The equipment consists of two CAD/CAM milling machines, five-axis simultaneous machines, a Swiss precision scanning system and 3D printers. Via a dual-track production approach combining its own master laboratory and DIN-ISO-13485- and FDA-certified partner laboratories abroad, both high-end dental prostheses from Nürtingen and more affordable alternatives can be offered; every dental prosthesis produced abroad undergoes a quality inspection in Nürtingen before delivery. Customers are dental practices; the patient is also advised directly.

Materials and processes
Zirconium oxide (ZENOSTAR full zirconia)
For monolithic crowns and bridges as well as frameworks up to a 14-unit bridge; certified production with up to 5 years warranty.
Titanium
Biocompatible material for CAD/CAM-manufactured crowns, bridges and implant abutments.
PEEK
White, wear-resistant plastic for bars, implant technology and telescopes, milled on five-axis simultaneous machines or pressed.
Pure gold (electroplating)
High compatibility for electroformed outer telescopes over metal or ceramic inner parts.
Aluminium oxide
Ceramic inner parts for telescopic restorations, combined with electroformed secondary parts.
NEM alloys
Non-precious-metal alloys as an affordable alternative, milled from the full block instead of cast.
Reduced-gold alloys
Veneering and casting alloys for the compromise between gold properties and cost.
Laminate (PLAYSAFE)
For multi-laminated sports mouthguards made from impressions in four types.
