About Allmetra AG
Allmetra AG is a third-generation family company headquartered in Glattbrugg near Zurich, specializing in temperature sensors since 1973, in particular resistance thermometers and thermocouples. The portfolio also includes strain gauges (SGs), force, infrared and humidity sensors, as well as accessories such as transmitters, digital displays, data loggers, PID controllers, connection heads, thermowells and connectors. Production is carried out as single-unit and series production in the company's own Swiss manufacturing facility, complemented by an in-house development department for custom sensors. Every sensor passes through the company's own measurement laboratory; test certificates according to EN 10204 2.1/3.1 and EU declarations of conformity according to EN 60751 or EN 60584-1 are available, and many sensors are ATEX-certified. Through IoT/IIoT development, system integration and cloud solutions, Allmetra covers the entire measurement chain from sensor to cloud. Customers include companies from environmental and food technology, automotive, water/wastewater, chemicals, oil and gas, energy, agriculture, mining, pharma/laboratory and logistics; supply is delivered worldwide via a global sales network.
