About us – Processing technology for over 35 years
allmineral Aufbereitungstechnik GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Düsseldorf, manufactures machines and plants for the processing of primary and secondary raw materials. The product portfolio comprises air-pulsed jigs (alljig®), air jigs for dry processing (allair®), sensor-based XRT sorters (allsort®), fluidized bed sorters (allflux®), high-gradient magnetic separators (allgauss®) and pneumatic flotation systems (allflot®). The processes cover wet and dry processing of grain sizes from 0.1 to 150 mm. Based on raw material analyses, pilot tests and process development, the company delivers system solutions from individual machines to turnkey processing plants. Customers include mining and ore processing companies, the coal and building materials industries as well as recycling and slag processing. As part of the HAZEMAG Group, allmineral is represented with locations in Australia, India, Poland, South Africa and the USA and operates a Global Testing and Development Center.

Air-pulsed jig for sorting gravel, sand, coal, ore, salt, slag and recycling materials with throughputs of 1 to 700 t/h.
allair® air jig (dry processing)
Dry sorting of coal, slag, construction rubble and pumice without water and sludge handling at 20 to 100 t/h.
allsort® XRT sorter
Sensor-based X-ray transmission sorting for ores, coal and recycling materials with grain sizes from 10 to 120 mm.
allflux® fluidized bed sorter
Fluidized bed sorting and sand classification with throughputs up to 2,000 m³/h or 800 t/h.
allgauss® high-gradient magnetic separator
Magnetic separation of weakly magnetic ores such as hematite, chrome, manganese and tungsten ores up to 15,000 Gauss and 1,400 t/h.
allflot® pneumatic flotation system
Energy-efficient pneumatic flotation for the beneficiation of ores, industrial minerals and coal up to 1,600 m³/h per plant.
