About ALMAWATECH
ALMAWATECH GmbH, based in Babenhausen (Hesse), is a family-owned company and plant manufacturer in the field of process water treatment and industrial wastewater treatment. The company develops, designs and manufactures custom water treatment plants – from neutralisation plants and dissolved air flotation units to membrane processes (reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration, microfiltration) and filtration technology, through to aerobic and anaerobic biological treatment stages as well as sludge treatment plants. Plants are delivered as compact units, skid solutions or pre-assembled technical room containers (ALMA Modul); frequently used materials are stainless steel and GRP. In addition, ALMAWATECH produces process additives of the ALMA AQUA product line and offers services such as inventory analysis, project development, commissioning and plant operation including WHG (Water Resources Act) maintenance. The portfolio comprises more than 500 completed projects for industries such as food and beverage, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, metal processing, power plants, recycling as well as energy and waste recovery, with international references among others in Chile, China, Mauritius, Romania, Brazil and Poland.
