Almi is an Austrian family business that has existed for over nine decades, headquartered in Oftering and a partner to the international food industry. The company specializes in the production of high-quality spice preparations, additives and functionalities for convenience products. At the headquarters in Oftering, product development experts develop individual recipes and optimize existing products. With modern production facilities, Almi offers contract manufacturing and white-label production from idea to finished end product – including milling, mixing and packaging as well as steam sterilization of raw materials and spice blends. The product lines are aimed at industries such as sausage and meat products, fish, vegan, convenience, dairy products, confectionery and baked goods as well as pet food. Through international locations and representatives worldwide, the company is closely anchored in the respective markets; today the 4th generation is already in training.
