The company manufactures tools for hot and cold forming presses, in particular for Hatebur presses of the AMP 20 to AMP 70 series as well as HM 35 and HM 75, and regenerates worn tools. The range of services includes protective armouring for wear protection with Stellite alloys, the manufacture of shearing tools, punches, dies and blades, as well as CNC production of machine components in quantities of 5 to 1,000. Machining is carried out on modern 5-axis and horizontal machining centres as well as lathes and grinding machines; CAD/CAM work runs on SolidCAM. Customers come from general mechanical engineering, aerospace, medical technology, the automotive industry and automation technology. The company is certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015 and operates a photovoltaic system with an output of 100 kWp.
