Alphatec Schaltschranksysteme GmbH is a family-run company in the electrical industry, founded in 1993 and headquartered in Brennberg (Bavaria). The company manufactures meter cabinets, service connection technology, sub-distribution and floor-standing distribution boards, polyester cable distribution boards, data cabinets, transformer metering cabinets, construction site power distribution boards, as well as wallboxes and charging stations for electromobility. Its vertical range of manufacture includes sheet metal processing on fully automatic punch-shear combination machines with a sheet metal storage tower, bending and edging up to 4 mm sheet thickness and 3 m length, robot-assisted welding, fully automatic copper punching, injection molding with six machines up to 500 tonnes clamping force, deep drawing of plastic sheets, CO2 laser cutting and engraving, powder coating of parts up to 4 m in length, gasket foaming with 2K PUR and silicone foam, as well as electrical assembly and wiring. Customers include the electrical trades, electrical wholesale, energy utilities, industry, telecommunications and mechanical engineering. On 16,000 m² of production space in Bibersbach, empty enclosures, pre-assembled and fully wired distribution boards are manufactured to customer specifications and delivered with the company's own vehicle fleet. The quality management system is certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
