About alpor Dämmstoffe
alpor Dämmstoffe GmbH develops and distributes thermal insulation for pitched roof slopes, pitched and mono-pitched roofs as well as top-floor ceilings. The products are based on a proprietary special foam that is 98% air, breathable and performs a moisture-regulating vapour barrier function, so additional vapour barrier films are not required. The product range includes under-rafter insulation boards, insulation wedges, loose-fill granulate as well as walkable floor-ceiling insulation boards (GD plus) and ceiling insulation boards with impact sound protection (DUO plus) for new builds and thermal renovation. According to the Environmental Product Declaration, the insulation materials are free of HCFCs, CFCs and the flame retardant HBCD and are 100% recyclable. Air tightness was tested in accordance with EN 12114 at Graz University of Technology. alpor supplies private customers, trade and commerce directly in Austria and Germany, and offers technical consulting, U-value calculations, installation instructions and installation via partner companies.
