About us
ALPOS Rohr- und Metallhandel Deutschland GmbH is a legally independent wholesale company for steel products operating across Europe since 1994, headquartered in Baierbrunn near Munich. The focus lies on the sale of welded steel tubes (round and rectangular tubes) as well as heavy plate in structural steel grade S235. In addition, the company distributes aluminium ladders and aluminium boxes. The many years of experience in tube trading are based on the factory representation of the Slovenian manufacturer Alpos; there are also cooperations with other European tube manufacturers. In addition to trading, ALPOS offers additional services: fixed cuts from 100 mm in length as well as brush deburring of steel tubes and galvanizing options (sendzimir-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized, mill-galvanized or piece-galvanized). Sales are exclusively to commercial customers, with a focus on the German-speaking region and across Europe on request. Managing director and founder Robert Rieger is a member of the German Steel Trade Association (BDS).
