ALPS Group SA, based in Vouvry, is a Swiss provider of electrical engineering, automation and industrial intelligence. The Alps Equipment division designs and manufactures custom electrical control cabinets and enclosure designs for control and command systems (Contrôle commande) as well as for power distribution including TGBT cells. On a production area of 1'200 m² at the Vouvry plant, over 500 control cabinets and enclosure designs are produced annually, supported by 2 CNC machines and digitalized tools. Projects cover the complete process chain: EPLAN schematics, electrical studies and dimensioning, manufacturing, factory testing, on-site installation and commissioning. The company has more than 30 years of industry experience and is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Customers from industries such as pharma/biotech/medtech, aluminium production, water and energy utilities, gas distribution, precision industry, special machinery construction as well as infrastructure and building technology are served. Completed projects include over 80 distribution panels for the Hôpital Riviera-Chablais, the modernization of the TGBT systems for LEMO in Ecublens and Manor Vevey for Romande Énergie, as well as supporting Novelis Switzerland in the rapid restart of the flooded aluminium smelter in Sierre in 2024.
