About ALS Box Opening
ALS Box Opening GmbH, based in Deidesheim, is the exclusive manufacturer of patented automatic package openers as well as bag and film openers. The systems are used in goods receiving, returns receiving, order picking and recycling. The machine range includes semi- and fully automatic package openers (including Jupi, Bos, Zar, Jill, Roc, Wim, Tom, Push, Sten) for carton sizes up to 800 x 600 x 500 mm as well as systems for flexible packaging such as bags, pouches and film in sizes from approx. A6 to A3; the defoliator DET processes sizes up to pallet size. Various cutting types such as full cut, partial cut, hinge cut, tape cut, slant cut, window cut and tab cut as well as processing of strapped cartons and bundles are possible. Thanks to the patented cutting technology, the goods inside are not cut; according to the manufacturer, the payback period is between 4 and 18 months. In addition to selling the systems, the company offers consulting on system selection including TCO analysis, project management, plant construction, engineering and documentation.
