About ALTECNO
ALTECNO AG was founded in 1986 by Werner Alder, is entirely family-owned and has belonged to the vonRoll infratec Group since summer 2018. At its headquarters in Emmenbrücke (Lucerne), the independent Swiss engineering company develops and produces measurement technology for the acquisition, monitoring and transmission of physical measured variables in autonomous field use – wherever power or data lines do not reach. The product portfolio includes the multi-channel 4G data logger Data-Safe800 as well as the multi-channel LoRa measurement node for real-time data processing. Typical applications are structural monitoring with crack monitoring, inclination monitoring, vibration measurements, anchor force monitoring, material moisture and temperature measurements, expansion measurements and position shifts – for temporary as well as permanent installations, for example in tunnel construction, deep excavation pits or infrastructure structures. In addition to consulting, planning and implementation of data acquisition, ALTECNO offers on-site service including sensor maintenance, software and firmware updates and battery replacement. From the first idea to the market-ready series product, everything comes one hundred percent from Switzerland.
